Cardholders earn Scotia Scene+ points. Here's how the earn rate breaks down:

5 points for every $1 spent at eligible grocery stores, dining, and entertainment.
3 points for every $1 spent on gas, daily transit, and eligible streaming services.
1 point for every $1 spent on all other purchases.

If you open an account by April 30, 2023, you can earn up to 45,000 bonus Scotia Scene+ points in your first year (that's up to $450 towards travel). Plus, your annual fee will be waived for the first year.

Here's how you can earn up to 40,000 bonus Scotia Scene+ points: first, you can earn 25,000 bonus Scotia Scene+ points when you make at least $1,000 in everyday eligible purchases made within the first 3 months.
